Sledding at Soldier Hollow

We took a winter getaway to Park City to visit my family and go skiing.
One serious bonus was my parents treating us to a sledding trip. This was Allie's first time and we were nervous about it. She tends to be afraid of everything until we force her to do it and then she's hooked.
She was super excited to get her intertube and go up the tow rope. She thought that was "sledding." When we were at the top all she kept saying was, "I don't know about this!" She went down with Doug the first time and LOVED it. When we got to the bottom of the hill she would say, "Let's do that again" everytime.

Since Katelyn wasn't old enough to sled, one of us stayed with her each time and ran her around in an intertube. She loved it, but was not a fan of the montrous snowsuit we had her in. :)

It wasn't busy, the sun was shining, and we had a blast. This is a memory everyone will remember, especially Allie!!

Allie's first run. She was looking around, pretty worried about things!

Awesome grandparents right there. Allie was freezing by this time!

P.S. The first time I went to a place like this was my senior year of High School. I went with my parents and there was a worker who kept flirting with me. He would ask my name the first time up the tow rope, then the next time he asked for my number, etc. I was freaking out and my parents were giving me tips on how to flirt back with him. Hahaha!

Sledding hills are fun times!
