Doug in Vegas

Doug went to Vegas last minute for a work conference that his boss wasn't able to attend. My parents were in St. George that week so they met up with him one night and they had fun around the city! It was sad that we couldn't all be there together.
His room!
The view from his room
Some really rare car...??
Mom in front of the Coach store :)
My parents bought be 2 lbs of Reese's...no joke! And check out the picture next to them. Haha, they didn't even realize it when they were there. So funny!

Doug's Birthday + Ultrasound

Here I am with Baby Green at 19 weeks.
They scheduled our ultrasound on Doug's 32nd birthday. How fun! We've had several friends to a cake reveal to find out the gender. Since we were having cake that night anyway we thought we'd do it. So we went to the ultrasound and I was a ball of nerves. Everything looked great and healthy and on schedule so I was relieved. She put the gender in an evelope and we left. My awesome and amazing friend, Mallory makes cakes and I asked her if she would be willing to do one for us. So I dropped the envelope off with her and she brought the cake over an hour later. She's seriously amazing. Then I tortured our entire family because we had to wait and have dinner first!
The baby was totally showing off for us...moving it's mouth and waving at us!

Doug chose Panda Express for his birthday dinner and so off we went after he opened his sweet card from Allie.

Haha, Katelyn's face is priceless here. I'm sure this is her true feelings about mom always taking pictures. If only she knew how bad my memory was!

Finally we came home, sang to Doug and cut the cake!
When we saw pink these were the reactions: Allie cried! She wanted it to be a boy so bad. She was devistated. Katelyn was ready to eat cake. Doug and I jumped for joy and were super excited!
This is Allie trying to smile but still frowning and Katelyn ready to eat cake! Ha!!
 Getting a little better...
Can't hold it back. She might be just a little bit excited about it!
So there we have it...3 girls in the Green household. Ready or not!
Doug ended his birthday jamming with his buddies while I watched the finale of the Bachelorette. I'm such a great wife to leave him on his birthday! But he was in his element and pretty happy about it! :)
Here are my Monday night ladies that I love so much!

Father's Day 2012

The "girls" made dad an awesome tie that said, "You are a RAD DAD!" He wore it to church all blinged out...but seriously, he was pretty pumped about it.

We met our newest Nephew, Jesse...oh what a cutie pie!

The kids played in the back of Mattie's yard and had a blast (until Katelyn fell off the tramp) :(

Brothers

Grandma and Grandpa came from Cda and it was so wonderful to see them!!

Lunar Eclipse

Something like this is a dream for Doug. He woke up early, bundled up, grabbed the tripod and camera and headed out for over an hour to watch this baby. Me...I stayed in my warm bed and have been admiring the pictures taken by my wonderful husband! Awesome stuff!! This is the progression during the hour he was out there...I think it was 5:45-6:45 AM.

I'm going to pretend to start playing catch up. We've had an eventful month.

The first event was the HUBS turning 30! WHAT!? We celebrated earlier this year with a trip to Disneyland. Yes, it was fabulous!
On the actual day we were in Park City with the fam. So...we took a ride on the Alpine Slide (my first employer by the way). It's wierd going back. I don't miss it for even a second (except maybe my nice tan and my strong muscles). Allie and her cuz McKenzie rode on the airplane ride 4 times I think. They were in pure heaven! The girls even went down the slide!! They were screaming and laughing with joy the entire time.
My dad made his famous Ben and Jerry's Mint Oreo ice cream instead of a cake (like I've said on here, we are caked out), which was delish.
Not a bad way to celebrate another decade alive.
What a dork!
But I love him anyway!!
