How Pinterest Fed My Family...

We ate some great new things this week...

Prepare eggs for Egg Sandwiches ahead of time. Oh this has been wonderful!!

Coconut Banana Bread. It was so good we just ate it for dinner!

Cheesy Chicken Rice Bake. So GOOD and very healthy. 

I cooked the chicken with taco seasoning and added chili powder and cumin to it for more flavor.

Cinnamon Popcorn. This is just addicting but it was fun for our movie night!

And an awesome tip I found was this: Add 1/2 tsp. of baking soda to the water when hard boiling eggs and the shell will come right off! It's true, it works!! I'm happy about it.  

Visit!!

We love visitors especially Nan's and Pa's. My parents came for Labor Day weekend and Doug's parents were able to pop by too!! We are so blessed to have family close enough to do these fun things! Thanks for the fun visit....we loved it!

With Allie at preschool last week it gave me some awesome time with Katelyn. We had a good time and we need that! This little one is usually crying or screaming so giving her all my attention has been a plus. I'm glad we can have this time together...although we miss Allie A LOT!

To excited to normal smile...it's an all out smile today!

I'm excited to have some time with just Katelyn...although she is having mixed emotions about it right now.

We had a short meeting for the moms right when we dropped the kids off. Allie sitting next to me, leans over and whispers, "Mom, aren't you supposed to leave!?" That made me sad!
