Visiting Dad

Every now and then we get to visit Doug at work/school.
Today was that day. The sun was shining.
Allie didn't take a nap, she just blabbered in her crib for 1 hour and a half.
We ran around and had a little blast.
She sure can make a few faces!
{I love these moments}

She just can't contain the excitement!

Ohhh, watch me run

Looking at an airplane with dad

Running from mom

Isn't she the cutest thing ever!? Haha, I love that I can say that and mean it! :)

{thanks}

Thanks for all the wonderful moving advice.
If I had my druthers I would move whilst being pregnant.
But I may not have the option.
We started looking for jobs {even though it's a tad early}.
We were so surprised to see so many jobs and they actually pay very well.
This has lifted our spirits and hopefully we find something great.
The Lord will guide us where we need to be.

In other news. We spent MLK weekend in Boise with Doug's family.
It was a very special weekend.
Love you all!

Because you've all asked for it.
The Green Bean has sprouted a bit which means so have I.
We are due June 28th.

Here's a question for you.
Would you rather:
1. Move when you're 9 months pregnant?
OR
2. Move with a brand new baby and a toddler?

We don't know what we'll have to do yet but I'm thinking neither sound very good to me. We'll keep you posted.

Top 9

First of all: BOOK YOUR VACATION TO SPOKANE NOW. You only have 6 months left!

Now for our Top 9 from 2009
(in no particular order)

9: Found out that Green Bean #2 is joining our family.

8:Allie turned ONE in March and we had our parents and Doug's grandparents here to celebrate.

7: We went to Idaho for the beginning of Spring Break to see Doug's family. Then Lyndsay and Tyler visited us for the end of Spring Break.

6: Seattle trip with Shad and Krista and met up with Courtney and Jay. We also did a lot of hiking during the summer with Allie's new backpack. She's just a little princess isn't she!?

5: Dan and Lisa visited us in Spokane.

4: We celebrated our 5 year anniversary. (I love when other people take such good pictures of us)

3: Saw Dave Matthews Band at the Gorge!

2: Saw our families WAY MORE than we thought we would when we moved so far away. We had many visits from them and got to go and visit a lot.
(Too many pictures to post)

1: Went to Florida.

We are ready for two thousand ten OR twenty ten, whichever you prefer.

Doug graduates from Graduate School.
Doug finds a job (hopefully).
We move.
We have a baby.
Allie turns 2.
And so much more I'm sure.

Florida

We were slackers in Florida and didn't take any pictures. Luckily my dad and Lisa took care of things for us. We have finally gone through them and picked a few good ones!

My grandma and parents. Thanks to them this wonderful trip was possible.

My grandma made each of us an ornament. We love ours! She used fabric that I used on comforter so it's even more special for us.

We celebrated Lisa's birthday with this beautiful cake and a dinner at "The Salty Dog."

"The large statue is actually from a famous photo in Life magazine in New York City of a returning sailor from Europe immediately after the victory of World War II. This photo actually 'comes to life' in the Night at the Museum II movie." Doug of course had one thing on his mind!

The whole reason we all went to Florida. My grandma turned 85 years old. We had a big party with her friends at Plymouth Harbor where she lives.

Doug's first visit to the beach EVER. He was in heaven swimming in the bay, finding seashells, and had to top it off with a sand burial! Look at the gorgeous white sand. Oh how we miss it!

Allie loved scooping up the sand and putting it in the bucket. She wasn't so sure about sinking in the sand when the waves came up.

My brother Dan getting pounded by a good wave. He hated the salt water, but he was on a mission for some good seashells. I love his face!

The view from our condo. PARADISE!
