Three months...there I said it.

I realize I'm getting a little carried away with pictures of Katelyn. She's just really cute. She's this cute even when she is so sick!

Doin' the Potty Dance

I jinxed my sweet little Katelyn. She got sick the day after I made that post. She has really had a hard time and it's harder for us to see our baby that is so little and helpless be so sick. BUT we are on the mend. Allie and I are feeling great and Katelyn is getting better :)

I almost hate to write this because I DO NOT want to jinx this. So I won't say the actual phrase, I will just say this.

Allie hasn't had any accidents for 2 weeks (she still wears diapers for bedtime because I just don't want to go there yet). She got to watch a movie in the tent and eat smores for her first finished potty chart. Then we went swimming for her second potty chart. I'm proud of her. It's been a hard learning experience but I think she's proud of herself now.

How do I eat this?

Oh I get it. Wow this is huge.

Sick

Allie is sick. I am sick. I hope this happy girl doesn't get sick. Oh she just melts my heart.

City of Trees

We moved here from WA. There are trees everywhere. We heard that Boise was called "The City of Trees" and just had to laugh. We went on a hike and saw this. I guess there are a few trees. The hike was disappointing. But it was a cool view of the city.

We're Back!!

We got a computer! Thank goodness for a great payment plan. We went with the iMac. It's pretty much amazing from what we've done so far.

Lyndsay and Tyler came for a visit over Labor Day weekend. It was so much fun. We love being closer to friends and family. We took paddleboats around the river downtown and then to the glowing hot air balloon festival. Very cool! We also caught up, played games, ate good food, and enjoyed every minute. Allie LOOOVED them!

Katelyn is so adorable. Look at those smiles. :) She LOVES her swing and could be in there all day. She sleeps great (7-8 hours at night). I know we are spoiled. Don't you just want to kiss her all over!?

Allie is doing so much better with potty training. In fact today she hasn't had any accidents. But I won't hold my breath. We are taking the long and steady journey :) But we get to go camping in the backyard tonight because she filled up her sticker chart. Should be fun and probably pretty cold! She is very sweet with her baby Katelyn...except poking her in the eye with a crayon. It wasn't meant to hurt her, kids just want to poke baby's eyes for some reason.

Computer

We have been reading the Consumer Reports (thanks mom and dad) for computers.
I think we are going to make the switch to a Mac...yikes!

But what computer do you all think we should get? We want all the input possible since this is a huge purchase for us!
